Well, that was horrible. Just watched 'JJ' online and I have tears in my eyes as we speak. Yeah, it was the last line that got me. But let's not be sad, let's celebrate the awesomeness that is JJ and the amazing acting and presence of AJ Cook.

To keep with the 'Joy of Six' theme, I present to you my all-time favourite top six JJ moments. Feel free to correct me if I've gotten an episode title or any other details wrong. I have a rotten memory even when it comes to classic TV moments. Ok, counting down from 6 (Spoilers for the whole series, all the way up to 'The Longest Night' and 'JJ'):




6. JJ pretending to only know Will "professionally" in 'In Heat'. JJ breaking up with Will in 'In Heat'. JJ articulating why she was scared in 'In Heat'. JJ's make-up kiss with Will in 'In Heat'. Hell, just the whole of 'In Heat' Hell, just the whole JJ and Will arc.
5. "C'mon guys, this is isn't my first party!" when the boys were overbriefing her in 'The Last Word'. Yeah, you tell 'em JJ.
4. Her combined look of pleasant surprise and affectionate bemusement when Reid asked her to the game in 'Plain Sight'.
3. Her speech to Flynn in 'The Longest Night'. The compassion and sternness of a mother all in one made him let Ellie go.
2. Although it made me cry-perhaps because it made me cry-her voiceover at the end of 'JJ'.
1. Come on. Come on. You know this. You know my absolute favourite JJ moment has got to be the boom headshot in 'Penelope'. Through glass, man. That's badass. That's JJ.
